1. Entry Requirements
This advanced training is designed for qualified beauty therapists, massage practitioners or professionals with prior experience in facial treatments. Participants must have foundational knowledge of facial anatomy and physiology to ensure they can safely and effectively apply the corrective methods taught in the course.
It is designed for mindful professionals who are tired of overused techniques and don’t want to be “copy-paste” therapists. For those who want not just to “know techniques,” but to understand, analyse, and genuinely help people.

2. Enrolment and Payments
• A place on the course is secured only after full payment has been received.
• All payments must be completed prior to the course start date.

3. Refund Policy
• Cancellations more than 14 days before the course: full refund minus admin fee.
• Cancellations 7–13 days before the course: 50% refund minus admin fee.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the course or non-attendance: no refund.
• If the organiser cancels the course (for example, due to insufficient enrolments or as a result of unforeseen/force majeure circumstances), students will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available date.

4. Complaints Procedure
• Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
• Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and investigated within 14 working days.
• The outcome and any corrective measures will be communicated in writing.

5. Attendance and Conduct
• 100% attendance is required to be eligible for certification.
• Students must maintain professional behave and respect towards trainer and fellow students.
• Recording (video/audio) of training sessions is not permitted without prior written consent. Breach of this conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.
• Any discussions of political, religious, or racial topics are strictly prohibited during the training.
• Any breach of this rule may result in immediate removal from the course without refund and without the right
to raise any claims

6. Certification
• Certificates will be awarded only to students who successfully complete the training, pass theoretical and practical assessments, and meet attendance requirements.
